Title – Part Time Fire Safety Manager
Location- Singapore
Payment- $400 per month
Work duration- 4 inspections a month, @ 2 hours each.
Describtion- As an Fire Safety Manager (FSM), the core duties is to inspect a building and highlight any irregularities to the building owner. Basically, the FSM needs to go for monthly inspection unless otherwise required. You must be a registered FSM with Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) before you may apply for this job. Needs to conduct once weekly inspection and prepare report as well as 6 monthly fire drills.

Title: Fire Safety Manager

Description: Candidate will be required to oversee and coordinate the fire safety and security functions to ensure that the buildings that are managed by the client adheres to the fire safety and security requirements and regulations. And also be required to manage a team of Fire Safety Managers.
Candidate will monitor and ensure fire protection system in all SSC Facilities and complexes are operationally ready. You will inspect, service and maintain all fire protection system and security system. And will respond to emergency service calls to ensure compliance to fire safety and security. Candidate will prepare Fire Emergency Plan (FEP), Arson Protection Plan (APP), In-Place Protection Plan (IPP) and renew Fire Certificate (FC) at all SSC facilities. Candidates will be required to conduct Fire Evacuation Drills (FED), Fire Safety Awareness and Fire Safety Audits. Review and implement SOP for operations.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Fire & Security or equivalent. Related qualifications in disaster management, crisis management and business continuity is advantageous
- 5 years working experience in Fire Protection Systems and Fire Safety management
- Registered Fire Safety Manager qualification
- Related experience from police, civil defence and military environment will be considered.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Possess a valid driving licence
