Program Objectives
This program aims to develop competent health and safety professionals. Graduates will acquire a broad knowledge of health and safety principles and practices, effectively allowing them to discharge workplace health and safety responsibilities in any employment sector, in all parts of the world.
Program Duration
49 direct contact hours
Classes will usually be conducted in the evenings on weekdays
Learning structure
Direct contact hours with a tutor in the classroom.
There will be a need for private study time.
Mandatory assignments are based on exam style questions. These assignments must be handed in for careful evaluation of the candidate’s readiness for the exam(s).
Certificate
Upon graduating from the program, successful candidates will be awarded the certificate by NEBOSH from the United Kingdom.
Entry Requirement
NEBOSH does not require any minimum formal certification or education. However, it is advised that candidates must be able to read and write English as all course materials, instructions and exams will be conducted in English.
Location
NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) classes will be held in Singapore. However special arrangements can be made with corporate clients of a particular class size.
