Terms & Conditions

Prior to making payments, we would like to ask you to read the Terms and Conditions first. 

  1. Simply Safety does not allow any installments or partial payments by candidates enrolling in any course that it offers.
  2. All processing and administrative fees being paid to Simply Safety Pte Ltd are non-refundable. In cases whereby a candidate wishes to withdraw after being registered from the course, the candidate MUST give a ‘written notice’ 14 days before the closing date of the course.
  3. No compensation or refund will be given to the candidate/registered applicant/student if he/she is not able to attend the lesson(s) or exams being scheduled.
  4. Simply Safety reserves the right to cancel or postpone the scheduled dates of classes or exam dates at its sole discretion.
  5. All fees, payments made to Simply Safety Pte Ltd are non-transferable.
  6. All requests for transfer or downgrading of package must be submitted in writing at least 14 working days prior to closing date of the course with an application fee of $200.00.
  7. Simply Safety will not be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage of property belonging to students within Simply Safety’s premises.
  8. Applicants being enrolled into Simply Safety courses must agree to Simply Safety’s rules and regulations including, but not limited to, damage of property in and around its premises.
  9. There will be no extension of course date(s) in the event that the course participant is not able to complete the course within the stipulated time.

Payment

  • Cash and Credit card payment accepted.
  • Cheques must be crossed and made payable to Simply Safety Pte Ltd.
  • All payments must be received before CLOSING DATES

Payment must be made online via PAYPAL (Registration & Payment section) or by sending a cheque or in person at Simply Safety’s customer service office at 10V Enterprise Road, 2nd Level, Singapore 627679.

Withdrawal Policy

  • 75% refund if withdraw before the closing date. A written notice must be provided.
  • After closing date, no refund shall be given as examination bookings would have been made.
  • At the start or during the course, strictly no refund.

SDF/ SRP Application and SDU/CPD Points
There are no SDF or SRP applications and there will be no SDU/CPD points for safety officers.
