Prior to registrating , we would like to ask you to read the Terms and Conditions first.
1 Simply Safety does not provide any installment, partial payment to participants enrolling in any courses that it offers. Candidates shall pay for the full fees upon signing the application form. There are the official “INSTALLMENT PLAN” (candidates pay installments but are only provided classes or materials and exams after full payment- terms apply) as well as the pay as you go program with ELearning materials.
2 All applicant processing and administrative fees being paid to Simply Safety Pte Ltd (10V, Enterprise Road, Singapore 627679) are non-refundable. In cases whereby a participant wishes to withdraw from the registered course, the participant MUST give a ‘written notice’ one month before the closing date of the course.
3 Simply Safety will not compensate in any event that the participant/registered applicant/ student is not able to attend the lesson or exams being schedule.
4 Simply Safety reserve the right to cancel, postpone the scheduled dates of modules classes or exam dates at its discretion.
5 All fees, payments made to Simply Safety Pte Ltd are non-transferable.
6 Simply Safety will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damaged of property belonging to students in Simply Safety’s premises within our office building vicinity.
7 Applicants being enrolled into Simply Safety courses will agree to abide by conditions being outline including, but not limited to, accountable for damaged of property in our facilities.
8 There is no SDF, SRP, SPUR or SDU or CPD points or funding.
9 The center will contact the candidates of outcomes of examinations, candidates are advised to allow up 2months at least for results.
10 Address given in application form is the official correspondence address, candidate can send authorized representative to collect certificate.
11 Candidate shall not cause reputational harm to the center.
12 Simply Safety reserves the right to accept or reject candidates applying for our courses.
13 Candidates must ensure that the contact details given are accurate and true. Simply Safety will not be responsible for any lost mail and will not be liable to bear any cost. Candidates will have to bear all cost amounting up to SGD$250 by NEBOSH for any replacement of loss documents.
14 All names written will be submitted accordingly. Please ensure that your First (given) and Surname are written correctly
Payment
- Cash, NETS, Credit card payment and PAYPAL online payment is accepted.
- Cheques must be crossed and made payable to Simply Safety Pte Ltd.
- All payments must be received before CLOSING DATES
Payment can be made online via PAYPAL (Registration & Payment section) or by sending a cheque or in person at Simply Safety’s customer service office at 10V Enterprise Road, 2nd Level, Singapore 627679.

Withdrawal Policy
- 75% refund if withdraw before the closing date. A written notice must be provided.
- After closing date, no refund shall be given as examination bookings would have been made.
- At the start or during the course, strictly no refund.
SDF/ SRP Application and SDU/CPD Points
There are no SDF or SRP applications and there will be no SDU/CPD points for safety officers.
