Under the Workplace Safety and Health (Factories, Safety Training Course order – Clause 2(6)), “Any worker employed in manual labour to carry out construction work in building and engineering construction worksites must undergo a safety and health training course approved by the Commissioner for Workplace Safety and Health”.

Construction Safety Orientation Course CSOC now Apply WSH in Construction Sites was designed to help construction workers identify their roles and responsibilities, and understand how to act during emergencies like a fire accident. Through Construction Safety Orientation Course CSOC, now Apply WSH in Construction Sites,  construction workers will also learn the procedures required in their work and training, including the “Work-at-Height” practices. Construction workers will be taught their rights and responsibilities, as stated in the employment law in Singapore.
