Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Regional EHS Manager with day-to-day EHS operations as required.
Act as the EHS subject matter expert and provide support to local business partners.
Complete and maintain company risk assessments in compliance with local regulations.
Assist with the development of COVID-19 Return to Office policy and procedures.
Coordinate EHS incident response and investigations, including COVID-19 and contact tracing.
Maintain routine documentation, recordkeeping, hazard assessments, and health safety audits.
Liaise and report to the local authorities as necessary.
Assist with the production and delivery of EHS training programs.
Support the Global Ergonomics program as required.
Support the EHS regional audit and inspection program.
Monitor EHS performance and provide analytical updates as required.
Other duties as assigned by EHS Leadership.
Qualifications, Skills And Experience
Bachelor's degree in environment, health and safety, engineering, or related field (obtained in local Country) o Note: Applicants with the relevant experience and professional certificates, such as NEBOSH, will be considered
Non-Registered with any locally required bodies or government agencies.
Technical Member of IOSH is preferred
Good working knowledge of local regulatory requirements; general and construction standards
Fresh graduate with Bachelor's degree in environment, health and safety is acceptable.
Having at least 2 years working experience in facility/quality assurance is preferred
Able to work independently and drive results
Strong communication skills
Ability to influence key stakeholders and build relationships
Strong computer-based skills, able to produce reports and working documents to an exceptional standard
