Responsibilities
• Responsible for day to day on-site project supervision and ensure assigned jobs are carried out effectively and productively in order to meet customer specifications, requirements and deadline.
• To ensure the safety regulations and requirements are being complied on site
• To organize, co-ordinate, control and lead to ensure that all lifting activities are carried out safely and in-line with the quality requirement within the specified schedule on site
• Manage and direct the department prior to the scheduled non-routine and routine duties
• Identify training needs of his team
• Controlling of budget which includes man hours Requirements
• * Possess 3-5 years of relevant experience
• * Possess Certified Lifting Supervisor Licence or Certificates
• * Able to read and interpret general lifting plans
• * Advantageous to possess at least a Licence of any crane types
• * Must be able to communicate through walkie talkies and hand signals
• * Able to work at heights and under outdoor conditions
